PSI Update on the Problem of Global Counterfeiting ( WEBPSIUPD )
Description:
On a daily basis, many individuals risk death or serious injury when they unknowingly take counterfeit medicines. The Pharmaceutical Security Institute collects and analyzes information concerning counterfeit, illegally diverted and stolen medicines. PSI disseminates this information to customs officials, drug regulators and law enforcement officials. Updated information concerning the extent of this problem worldwide will be provided in this presentation.
